私たちの内には、自然とつながる感覚が潜んでいます。その瞬間、自然の一部だと認識しているわけではありません。ただ、解き放たれ、癒され、存在を感じているのです。

漆喰と藍で鏝を使い、伝統的な左官技術に藍の染色を交えた新たな手法で風景を生み出します。左官は水仕事と呼ばれ、水の引き加減を見極めながら進めます。自然とつながる、自然の粒子と人の細胞が共鳴する――そのあわいをつなぐのも、水ではないかと考えています。

作品は内に湧く感覚を手に委ねて描かれ、自然事象がもたらす偶然性が息づきます。漆喰と藍から生まれる風景は、山にも大海原にも見えるでしょう。静謐と緊張、躍動と生命感が重なり合い、観る人の「いま」と呼応しながら静かに変化していきます。

Within us lies a quiet sense of connection to nature.In those moments, I am not consciously aware of being part of it—I simply feel released, healed, and alive.

With shikkui (lime plaster) and indigo,I create landscapes through a method that blends traditional plastering and dyeing.
Plastering is known as “water work,” guided by the balance and rhythm of water.I see water as a bridge—linking the particles of nature and the cells of the human body,where resonance gently occurs.

Each work is shaped by instinct,breathing with the element of chance that natural phenomena bring.From plaster and indigo
emerge scenes that may recall mountains or seas,where stillness and motion, tension and vitality, quietly coexist—shifting in dialogue with the viewer’s own moment in time.
